At BGNG Home Décor, all products are customized and made to order based on customer-provided specifications.
For this reason, we maintain a strict No Return, No Refund, No Exchange Policy.

1. Customized Products

All items are personalized using customer-submitted designs, names, photos, text, or specifications.
Once production begins, the item cannot be resold or reused.

2. No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept:

Returns

Refunds

Exchanges

for customized or personalized products.

Please review all customization details carefully before confirming your order.

3. Order Approval Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

Verifying spelling, design layout, colors, and sizes

Approving final mockups (if provided)

Providing accurate shipping information

Once approved, the order proceeds to production and cannot be changed or canceled.

4. Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Orders)

We will gladly replace your item only if:

The product arrives damaged

There is a manufacturing or printing error on our end

To qualify for a replacement:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos of the issue

Do not discard the item until reviewed

5. Non-Eligible Issues

The following are not eligible for refunds or replacements:

Minor color variations due to screen differences

Slight alignment differences inherent to printing processes

Customer-approved design errors

Incorrect size or details provided by the customer

6. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
